Solid for the grade although I am not sure that it would CAC simply due to the nick on Liberty's chin, as picky as CAC is right now. Otherwise not as beat up as '89-CC's commonly tend to be in this grade range, and appears original. PCGS Guide value $1,600, CPG $1,400; my Net after fees paid here is $1,300, so the price seems fair.
