Every dealer and/or seller on Coin World Marketplace is checked for their identity and integrity during registration. The Authorized Dealer Seal is awarded exclusively to dealers who are distinguished by special reliability and trustworthiness in their dealings with Coin World Marketplace and its users.

• A minimum of a one-year relationship with the Coin World Marketplace with exceptional service and reliability
• the information posted on the platform and provided to Coin World Marketplace about themselves and their company is truthful
• they sell only original goods from trusted sources
• they state the conditions of their goods truthfully and point out possibly existing defects or damages in writing and through images
• they generally answer customer inquiries about Coin World Marketplace that arrive by e-mail within five working days.

2. Add up to 4 pictures to your ad.
3. Enter your personal information.
4. In the final step you can review your information one last time and pay the ad listing fee.

We charge a fee of 2.50% of the listing price for private listing ads. There is a minimum charge of $5 USD and a maximum charge of $299 USD per listing ad, regardless of the listing price. If your item doesn't sell within 12 months, we will fully reimburse you the fee. You can pay this ad fee via PayPal, credit card, or bank transfer.

If you do not sell your item within 6 months, we will refund your ad listing fee. The conditions for this are: that your item was posted online at Coin World Marketplace for 6 months, that it was not sold, and that it is still in your possession. You must also show - within 4 weeks after the 6 months have expired - that you still own the coins.

You edit your private listing in the My Account area. You can modify or delete your ads. Please note that your ad will be permanently removed from our inventory once you delete it.

You can register as a commercial dealer on Coin World Marketplace in only a few steps:

1. Enter personal information

Then you can upload your items for sale. Before your items are published, your dealer account must first be activated by Coin World Marketplace. Please note that activation takes place only after your information and documents have been checked. To do so, we require copies of the following documents, sent either by e-mail, fax or mail:

In the “These coins might also interest you” area on the offer page, prospective buyers will be shown exclusively your coin listing ads. You also benefit from ad-free offers, since no advertising from other dealers will appear beside your offers.

You can either post your coins manually, import using a CSV file or integrate your website using the Marketplace API. You can create your offers manually in the dealer area. Just fill in the new items form. Our questionnaire quickly guides you through a complete description of your coins. You can publish up to 4 images for each offer, depending on your prepaid package.

With Coin World Marketplace's Buyer Protection, you're protected as soon as you place your order. In the rare case that something doesn't go as planned, you can rely on our Support Team. We'll help you find a satisfactory solution together with the dealer. Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and before you “accept” the item (support@coinworld.market).

You can use Coin World Marketplace's Buyer Protection if you purchased an item from an Authorized Dealer or Trusted Seller on Coin World Marketplace. The order must have been formally submitted via the Coin World Marketplace platform. The Buyer Protection does not apply to purchases that were arranged and completed directly with the dealer (e.g., via phone, email, messenger, or personally).
