Certified by PCGS as 'Questionable Color'.  I took a shot and sent this in as I felt it was on the edge; this date comes with funky color based upon examples I have seen.  Exceptionally scarce to rare as a Red coin; this certainly has the 'look', which I am sure is why it was lightly dipped somewhere along the way.  The grade and color indicated in the item specifics are included as a safe estimate, as I feel the surfaces are equal to an MS-64.  Value is tough to estimate, so I have included a Make an Offer option.
