Uncirculated, an original basic BU example (MS-60+) of this better date.  Almost certainly an original 'bag coin' out of the 1960's Treasury releases. Well struck from the earlier C-3 hub, so better detail overall on the Eagle's breast than many of the date, and without the planchet roller lines noted by Bowers as showing on many specimens.  I will guarantee that this coin will certify as Mint State at any service of your choice or I will pay the fees and buy the coin back.  If this is a concern/consideration, you can contact me about my extended return privilege for certification.   0906-01
