I compared this to an NGC XF-45 certified coin I had in stock (now sold), as well as a number of other PCGS & NGC certified coins of a similar grade and it certainly appeared to match the same 'number'.  As usual a VERY old, very light cleaning, probably from the 1960's, however the color is OK and obvious luster remains around the rims.  No worse than many certified coins I have seen that were also obviously cleaned, certainly perfectly suitable for a better grade circulated set of Morgans. Discounted to about the CPG value of an XF-40. 1026-14
