Appears nearly mark free under normal magnification and close to Gem - just a bit of a weak strike on the top of the Bison's head and a trio of small spots on the Reverse rim at 3:30 away perhaps. Interesting color, a smoky yellow with orange mixed in, a streak of very light pale blue on the Obverse, likely due to storage in a paper envelope. An attractive example of this popular first year issue.
