This coin certainly appears to be on the upper end of the RB to RD scale, mainly some slight fading to the overall color and some small areas of toning.  Surprisingly scarce in BU grades for a later date Cent.  There is some disagreement between David Lange’s book on the series, and the current thinking at PCGS, on this point however this date certainly carries a premium with RB color, and especially CAC.  A huge premium in full Red - there is a non-CAC MS-64RD coin currently being offered (Dec. 2023) at $800 over the PCGS 'retail' value.  In MS-64RB 219 coins at PCGS, 98 NGC but only 26 at CAC despite the premium.  Per CAC’s grading policy, guaranteed to cross to their own new holder should you wish to submit it (none yet shown in one of their new holders).
