The coin is OK, however the older NGC holder is obviously scuffed, making getting an accurate image basically impossible.  An original AU, struck from slightly worn dies.  Mostly an even brown other than the streak on the Obverse from the use of a 'woodgrain' planchet, no heavy or significant marks.  As the holder is crap, I suggest just cracking it out for an album.  The price has been adjusted for the quality of the holder.
