Stupidly priced compared to the 1853 Half Dime from Philadelphia, which had a Mintage six times larger, yet typical 'retail' values are the same. Compared to the 1853-O NO Arrows Half Dime, which is very scarce and commands a 10X price premium even in Good, the surviving population of this coin is surprisingly low and indicates a lack of saving in the area when issued. As a comparison, the 1853-O No Arrows has an estimated survival of something over 100 coins in all grades per CoinFacts, versus about 400 for the 1853-O With Arrows, despite a Mintage for the Arrows coin about 11 times larger. I would say that makes this a 'sleeper'. 0116-09
