Close to VF with 2/3 horn, and well struck for the date. I have seen coins similar to this certified VF-20 by the major services, certainly if they have just a tiny bit more 'meat' on them. Regardless, tough in this grade - comparable examples certified NGC F-15 are currently being offered at $200 elsewhere by a “brand name - with weaker dates and less of a horn, no less.
