Surfaces of MS-64, the color just slightly faded so it might or might not certify Red, as picky as PCGS is. It may just be that the coin was VERY lightly dipped at one point, however almost impossible to tell for sure. Be that as it may, a nice strictly Uncirculated coin, with bright obvious luster and no wear or friction.  As always, unconditionally guaranteed as Genuine, to be Uncirculated and certainly suitable for a high end raw set of the series.  0222-10
